This is not a sit down and read cover to cover type of book, although you can do that if you wish. It's more to fill in those short gaps where you've got 5 minutes or so. Mornings are what is implied, but I've found reading a section at night works very well. Each section is only a couple pages but has an impact much greater. A Bible verse is included, and usually a short story to illustrate the point. Where you go from there is up to you, but you go with a new perspective.
